Feed pellet production line is a complex processing process, including raw material cleaning, batching process, crushing process, mixing process, granulation process and finished product packaging process. The following describes the process flow of each stage one by one.
Raw material cleaning stage:
First, we receive bulk raw materials, mainly consisting of corn and soybean meal. After the inspection of the material inspector, the qualified material enters all the working units of the silo. In this process, impurities are first removed from the raw material using the impurity removal equipment, and then delivered to the silo as planned by the receiving equipment and the demagnetization equipment. For the reception of bagged raw materials, the stevedores unload the raw materials that have passed the inspection of the raw materials inspector and store them neatly in the warehouse.
Ingredients process:
In the dosing process, the raw material is weighed from the feeder under each mixing bin to the dosing according to the formula requirements. After each material is weighed by a batching scale, the material is transported to the powder storage bin. The ingredients are weighed from the bin, and these weighed raw materials enter the powder bin, and a small amount of material is added to the premix for mixing.
Crushing process:
The crushing process is to send the raw materials to be crushed into the crusher and pulverize them into powder, and then send them into the bin to be mixed by the conveyor before use. The purpose of this process is to control the particle size of the material. The design efficiency of the crusher in this process determines the capacity of the process equipment, and is also the process with the largest energy consumption in the production of powdered materials.
Mixing process:
In the mixing process, the various raw materials after grinding are discharged from the mixing bin into the mixer, and the grease is added to the feed in the mixer according to the need through the liquid feeding system, so that the components are evenly mixed and the required mixing effect is achieved. The material discharged by the mixer is the finished product, which is directly sent to the packaging process of the finished product for packaging and delivery.
Granulation process:
After the mixed material is conditioned by magnetic separation from the granulation bin, it is sent to the granulation machine and compressed into pellet feed, which is cooled by the cooling tower and screened by the screening equipment to obtain standard particles. Magnetic separation equipment must be cleaned regularly to prevent iron impurities from causing damage to the granulator.
Finished product packaging process:
From the finished product warehouse, the feed is weighed by a packaging scale, placed into bags, which are then inserted and sealed by packers, and transported by transport trucks to the warehouse for stacking.
